Abstract

The review of domestic and foreign works on obtaining and improving, by additionalalloying, structure and properties of materials based on iron-chromium-carbon alloys was conducted. The efficiency of the use of metal additives, refractory compounds and REM for alloying and modifying materials based on chromium steels and cast irons for the purpose of controlling their structural state and increasing physical, mechanical, physical and chemical, tribological and operational properties is considered.
