A combination of methods for removing models for receiving responsible castings

Abstract

Developed and tested by the authors of technological process for producing complex profile castings of superalloy KHN57KVYUTMBRL by combined casting method of the lost-wax (gating system) and of burns polystyrene models in the shell molds of complex modified ceramics, which reduces cracking form at the expense of a correctly selected time-temperature regime annealing form with model. Also it allows you to get of casting complex profile with minimizing allowance for machining parts, to increase their geometric accuracy and reduce roughness.
