Abstract

Double-roll metal casting technology is one of the most promising and effective means of industrial production of thin metal. The advantages of this technology include the short length of the production line. The use of a two-roll casting and rolling machine significantly reduces the cost of capital construction, as well as significant savings in 80-89% of energy resources due to the reduction or even elimination of intermediate stages of the technological process.
