Виготовлення Сu-Ni композиційного матеріалу електролітичним осадженням

Вироби, які працюють в умовах високошвидкісного деформування, використовують в цивільній та військовій галузях. Ключовим компонентом даних виробів є облицювання кумулятивних зарядів, матеріали для виготовлення яких повинні мати високу пластичність для забезпечення цілісності струменів, що утворюються під час навантаження вибухом.
Метою роботи є аналіз результатів досліджень щодо впливу природи матеріалів і технологій отримання облицювань кумулятивних зарядів на їх швидкісне деформування та створення армованого композиційного матеріалу з мідною матрицею для виготовлення виробу складної тонкостінної форми.
Для досягнення мети використовували електроосадження міді, як найбільш ефективний спосіб отримання тонкостінних облицювань. Встановлено, що концентрація розчину CuSO4 0,8 моль/л, щільність струму від 0,06 та до 0,1 А/см2 та тривалість електроосадження 3 год є оптимальними параметрами процесу електроосадження міді на поверхню нікелевої сітки. Аналізом мікробудови композиційного матеріалу встановлено, що спочатку осаджена мідь повторює форму і розміри сітки із нікелю, як підкладки, проте отвори сітки не заростають. Для підвищення щільності та суцільності мідного композиту, армованого нікелевими волокнами, проведено допресування в сталевих прес-формах. Цю операцію суміщали з калібруванням і наданням точних (не менше 0,1 мм) розмірів та форми тонкостінному виробу з рівномірністю щільності по об’єму не меншою за 1 %. Встановлено, що під час пластичної деформації відбувається заповнення проміжків між частинками міді, осадженої на поверхні нікелю і формується суцільний матеріал.
Для проведення подальших досліджень виготовлено експериментальний зразок конічного облицювання кумулятивного заряду з мідно-нікелевого композиційного матеріалу.
