Cтруктуроутворення та властивості литих титанових бронз, отриманих з використанням термічно синтезованих порошкових лігатур

Досліджено можливості використання методів порошкової металургії при отриманні литих титанових бронз шляхом використання як легуючого компонента титаново-мідних лігатур, отриманих термічним синтезом із суміші порошків гідриду титану та міді. Оптимізовано параметри отримання інтерметалідів титану систем Ti-Cu та Ti-Cu-Al з використанням порошків металів в якості вихідної сировини та проведено експерименти по виплавленню титанових бронз з використанням розроблених порошкових лігатур.
Виготовлення злитків проводили для трьох складів бронз: Cu - 2,7 % Ti; Cu - 2,7 % Ti - 0,5 % Al та Cu - 2,7 % Ti % - 1,0 % Al. Легування розплаву міді порошковими лігатурами дозволило отримати литі сплави, структура яких складається з мідної матричної фази з рівномірно розподіленими включеннями мідно-титанових інтерметалідних зерен розміром 2-8 мкм. Застосування синтезованих порошкових лігатур значно прискорює процес плавки, усуває необхідність використання високих температур, необхідних для розчинення титану, і цим зменшує вигорання легуючих компонентів, що дозволяє більш точно дотримуватись заданого хімічного складу бронзи.
Показано, що після гартування виливків від 800 °С структура литих сплавів має переважно дендритний характер і помітно меншу твердість порівнянно з литим станом. Значне підвищення твердості та міцності сплавів досягається старінням при 400 °С. Найвищим рівнем твердості та міцності відзначається сплав Cu - 2,7 % Ti без алюмінію. Залежність електропровідності бронзи, додатково легованої 0,5 % Al та 3,0 % (мас.) Ni, від вмісту титану має екстремальний характер: максимальна провідність (~33 %IACS) проявляється для сплаву з 1,5 % (мас.) Ti.
